Job Description

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that meet the organization’s business requirements. They will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to design scalable, secure, and reliable system architectures. The Solutions Architect will also be responsible for ensuring solutions align with industry standards, best practices, and the organization’s long-term technology roadmap.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing technical solutions across IT infrastructure, software systems, or cloud environments.
Strong understanding of system architecture, application integration, and infrastructure design.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of networking concepts, security protocols, and system scalability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design efficient and effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or similar are preferred.

Must Have

Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Ensure solutions align with the organization’s architecture standards, security policies, and long-term technology roadmap.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to improve system performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to design principles and best practices.
Support project teams in resolving technical challenges during the implementation phase.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and decision-making processes.
Document solution designs, architecture diagrams, and system configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
