Job Description

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related fields.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of system security, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.

Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or similar are preferred.

Must Have

Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions to meet business and technical requirements.

Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and software teams to optimize infrastructure performance.

Implement system upgrades, patches, and updates while minimizing disruption to business operations.

Support the migration and integration of infrastructure components to cloud environments.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

Participate in the evaluation and selection of new infrastructure technologies and tools.

Ensure infrastructure solutions comply with organizational policies, security standards, and industry regulations.
